There is Nothing Like a Great: Giggles Night?

It all started in 2007 when I won the prestigious Toast Masters International Humorous Speech contest, beating out over 7000 contestants along the way. At the same time, I had been struggling with ways in which I could help raise some badly needed money for charities in my community. As you know it is pretty easy to just write a cheque , but that was not what I wanted. I wanted to do more.

After thinking on this, an idea came to me, I called it Giggles Night, and with the help from some fellow Toast Masters it has been a huge success. The local charities organize a fundraising event and our troupe entertains the audience with an evening of funny and heartfelt stories. It’s always a great time because laughter is a wonderful way to raise funds.
